Happy New Year! And again, thank you for your business in 2016. We wish you a prosperous 2017.

Things to look for (or very seasonal):

Black cabbage, Rainbow chard, heritage carrots, heritage beetroots, salsify, celeriac, swede, parsnips, turnips, Crosnes, artichokes (Jerusalem, globe, baby, violet), Brussels sprouts, Brussels Tops, round courgette, Harlequin Aubergine, Chantenay carrots, castle franco, hispi cabbage, curly kale, puntarella, pomegranate, rhubarb, blood oranges, clementine, russet and cox apples, cranberries, quinces, Lychee, bergamot.

Expensive products to be aware of:

Spanish produces (Courgette, Aubergine, Tomatoes, Peppers) Cauliflower, Curly endive, Mushrooms (Girolles, Chanterelle, Trompette, Pied de mouton) Strawberries, Blueberries and Raspberries. Be aware that in the next couple of weeks it could have a shortage of baby spinach (pousse) and salad products can be affected by weather condition

Mushrooms: pied de mouton, pied bleu, chanterelles, girolles, trompettes…

Unusual fruits or veg: yellow and purple cauliflower, Purple Chantenay carrot, romanesco, crosnes (Japenese artichokes), golden and candy beetroots, black and breakfast radish, Roscoff onions, custard apple, prickly pears (cactus fruit), smoked garlic, rainbow chard, Castel Franco (lettuce), parsley and chervil roots, puntarella. Italian aubergines.

Things to look for the month of February: Seville oranges.

Others Lines of some interest? Cooking wine (red and white, port and madeira), vinegar (balsamic, white, red), mustard, ketchup, truffle oil and peelings, sunblushed tomatoes in oil, grilled vegetables in oil (artichokes, aubergines and mixed Peppers) …
